looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Team Lead to join our lean, high-energy team and take

ownership of our finance operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely

month-end/year-end financial closures.

• Oversee reconciliations across marketplaces, payment gateways, receivables, payables, settlements, and

revenue-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements while coordinating with auditors,

consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Prepare MIS, financial reports, variance analysis, and business insights to support management in strategic

decision-making.

• Drive process improvements by implementing financial controls, automation initiatives, and best accounting

practices to enhance operational efficiency.

• Mentor and guide the finance team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline

finance processes and support business growth.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with mandatory experience in a D2C, E-commerce, or

FMCG company.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, GST, TDS, statutory

compliances, and audit processes.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced MS Excel, and ERP/accounting systems, with hands-on experience in MIS

reporting and financial analysis.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage

multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Qualification: CA / CA Final / Semi-qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with relevant experience.
