Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented EzyColour Contractor Associates to engage with walk-in customers, promote EzyColour products, convert leads into sales, and provide excellent customer support throughout the buying journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

● Convert customer enquiries and leads into successful sales.

● Supervise customer sites whenever required.

● Work from the assigned EzyColour dealer shop and coordinate with the dealer.

● Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

● Explain product features, benefits, and suitable solutions to customers.

● Prepare and submit quotations to prospective customers.

● Follow up with customers to maximize sales conversions.

● Collect customer feedback after project completion.

● Coordinate payment collection for converted customer sites.

● Generate new leads through local marketing and activation activities.

● Maintain effective coordination with the dealer and Team Leader.

● Meet assigned sales and customer engagement targets.

Eligibility Criteria

● Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

● Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

● Sales experience is preferred.

● A personal two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.

● Minimum 50% marks throughout academics.

● No academic year gaps.
