Group Business Head / COO

### Role


Daily Group is looking for a senior leader to drive *business growth, operations, commercial performance and organizational development* across multiple B2B business verticals.


### Key Responsibilities


* Drive overall business growth, revenue and profitability

* Build and expand B2B, corporate and institutional accounts

* Develop new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities

* Lead teams and build KRAs, KPIs and performance systems

* Establish SOPs, MIS and scalable business processes

* Manage operations, commercial performance, budgets and working capital

* Improve customer acquisition, retention and service quality

* Work directly with promoters on strategy and critical business initiatives

* Take end-to-end ownership of business execution and results


### Ideal Candidate


* 10–18+ years of relevant experience

* Experience as *COO, Business Head, Group Business Head, GM or Senior Business/Commercial Leader*

* Experience managing *P&L / business / multiple functions*

* Strong B2B sales and business development exposure

* Strong operations, finance and commercial understanding

* Proven team-building and leadership experience

* Ability to build systems and processes from scratch

* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution
