Dispatch - Logistics Executive

Position Details Designation: Executive – Dispatch & Logistics Department: Dispatch & Logistics Location: Grover Sweets, Delhi NCR Qualification: Graduate in any stream Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in Dispatch & Logistics within the Sweets, Bakery, QSR, Restaurant, or Food Manufacturing Industry CTC/Budget: Up to ₹25,000 per month Job Summary Grover Sweets is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Dispatch & Logistics to manage the timely dispatch of products, coordinate logistics operations, and ensure seamless delivery of goods across outlets and customers. The role requires strong coordination with production, stores, transport vendors, and outlet teams to ensure efficient movement of inventory while maintaining quality and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities for sweets, bakery, restaurant, and FMCG products. • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders to outlets and customers. • Coordinate with production, stores, and outlet teams for order fulfilment. • Monitor vehicle movement and delivery schedules. • Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and logistics documentation. • Track inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy during dispatch. • Coordinate with transport vendors and delivery partners. • Resolve dispatch and delivery-related issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and quality standards. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports. Preferred Skills & Requirements • Hands-on experience in dispatch and logistics operations in the food, sweets, bakery, or restaurant industry. • Knowledge of inventory management and stock movement processes. • Experience in route planning and vehicle coordination. • Good understanding of dispatch documentation and delivery challans. • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines. • Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Systems will be an added advantage.
