🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ B.Com Graduate

✅ Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Finance, Accounts,Collections •

✅ Must own a Two-Wheeler

📋 Job Responsibilities

🔹 Regular customer visits for payment follow-up and account reconciliation

🔹 Follow-up with customers for overdue payments

🔹 Raising dunning letters and collection-related communications

🔹 Managing customer collections and recovery activities

🔹 Sending HRC emails and maintaining customer communication

🔹 Handling PDC (Post-Dated Cheques) and maintaining records

🔹 Daily cheque collection and bank deposits

🔹 Monitoring cheque bounce cases and preparing weekly reports

🔹 Follow-up for missing CIN documents

🔹 Clearing Open EFT files and coordinating with internal teams

🔹 TDS Reconciliation as per Form 26AS

🔹 Processing customer account adjustments through ESM

🔹 Participating in collection review meetings and reporting

🔹 Customer activity confirmation in SAP

🔹 Collection of cheques from customers whenever required
