Customers ko outbound calls karna.
Company ke products/services ke baare mein batana.
New leads generate aur qualify karna.

Customer requirements samajhna aur sales team ke liye appointments fix karna.
Customer details aur calling records CRM/ERP mein update karna.
Daily/weekly/monthly calling & lead generation targets achieve karna.
Daily activity report Manager ko dena.
