  • Welcome Customers

    • Accurately take food and beverage orders from customers.

  • Serve Food and Beverages
    • Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure orders are correct and presented properly.
  • Customer Service
    • Check on customers during their meal.
    • Address customer concerns or complaints politely and promptly.
  • Table Management
    • Set up tables before service.
    • Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery after meals.
    • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas.

  • Billing and Payments
    • Prepare bills and present them to customers.
    • Process cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
