Hire in India without setting up a company here
We become the legal employer of the people you hire. They work for you and report to you. You get one invoice a month and never deal with an Indian government office.
Trusted by teams hiring across India
One provider for your entire India workforce
Global platforms only handle office staff. We employ your shop-floor teams, consultants and interns on the same contract.
Salaried staff
Engineers, designers, analysts, managers — anyone on a monthly salary.
- Employment contract under Indian law
- Salary paid before the 7th
- Every government filing
- Annual tax certificate and exit handling
Shop-floor & field
Factory, warehouse, retail, delivery and site teams, usually in larger numbers.
- Multi-site deployment
- Contractor licensing
- State-by-state compliance
- Attendance and shift records
Consultants
People invoicing you for work rather than drawing a salary.
- Consulting agreement
- Monthly payout
- Tax withheld and deposited
- Annual certificate issued
Interns
Students or trainees on a stipend.
- Offer letter
- Stipend paid monthly
- Records maintained
- Conversion to full-time when ready
These are our fees only. On top of them you pay the salary and the government contributions that go with employing someone in India, all shown in full at cost. Volume pricing starts at five people.
You run the job. We carry the paperwork.
You decide
- Who to hire, and what to pay them
- What they work on, day to day
- Their targets, reviews and promotions
- When the role ends
We handle
- The employment contract, written to Indian law
- Paying salary on time, every month
- Every tax and government contribution
- Insurance, records, and the exit process

What a real hire costs, end to end
| What you are paying for | Per month |
|---|---|
| Their salary | ₹1,50,000 |
| Government retirement fund, employer's share | ₹1,950 |
| End-of-service payment, set aside monthly | ₹3,608 |
| State tax on salaried employment | ₹200 |
| Health cover of ₹5 lakh plus ₹10 lakh accident cover | ₹2,200 |
| Our fee | ₹22,000 |
| Total cost to you | ₹1,79,958 |
Total cost is about 1.2× the salary. That is normal in India — employing anyone here costs 10% to 25% more than their salary, because of the government contributions above. This is not a marked-up number.
No line you have not already seen
You pay us in your own currency; your employees are paid in rupees. Somebody has to convert that money, and every provider takes a margin on it.
Ours is 1.25% on the total amount converted, and it appears as its own line on every invoice you receive. On the example alongside, that is about $25 a month.
Most international providers take a similar margin and never show it anywhere. We do not add platform surcharges or country loadings on top of it either.
Three ways to hire in India
Global platforms charge more for India than specialist providers charge for Saudi Arabia, where the employer must also sponsor a work visa. India requires no sponsorship. You are paying a Gulf-level fee for a lower-effort market.
| What you are comparing | Your own Indian company | A large international platform | The Hiring Company |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time before your first hire starts | Three to six months | Days | Same day |
| Cost to get started | $15,000 and up in legal and registration fees | Usually none | None |
| Monthly cost per person | Ongoing accountant and payroll retainers | Around $499 to $699 for India | $139 to $329 |
| Factory, warehouse and field workers | Possible, with a lot more licensing | Not offered | Covered |
| Consultants and interns | Separate processes | Priced as separate products | Same contract |
| Who you speak to | Your own team | A support ticket | A named manager, in your hours |
The thing that surprises almost every first-time employer in India
In many countries you can end an employment relationship with two weeks' notice and no reason given. India does not work that way. Ending someone's employment requires a proper reason, a documented process, statutory notice, and, for most non-managerial staff, a payment based on how long they worked for you. Miss a step and a labour court can reverse the dismissal and order the person reinstated with back pay.
This is where hiring in India usually goes wrong: at the exit, not at the
start. We run that process for you and tell you what the exposure looks
like before you decide. The decision stays yours. Making it hold up is our job.
India also replaced its labour laws with four new codes in November 2025. We build
every salary structure to the new rules from the first hire, so there is nothing to
unwind later.
Questions people ask before they start
Who is my employee actually employed by?
By us. They sign an employment contract with Bharat Futureminds Innovation Private Limited, and we appear as the employer on every government record. You direct their work, set their goals and decide when the role ends. Nothing about the working relationship changes for them or for you.
Will this make my company taxable in India?
It should not, and we structure the engagement to keep it that way. Tax exposure usually arises when it looks as though your business is operating from India, with someone there signing contracts for you or an office in your name. We keep that authority with your home company and flag anything you are doing that could create a risk.
What are all these deductions on the invoice?
They are government contributions and insurance, not our charges. India requires a retirement fund contribution, a small state tax, and an end-of-service payment that builds up over time. We set that money aside every month so it is never a surprise. Ask us for our one-page explanation of each line.
How quickly can someone start?
Same day, if the candidate's documents are ready. We issue the employment contract and complete the government registrations while you get on with onboarding them into your team.
What if I need to let someone go?
Tell us before you decide. We will explain what the process requires, what notice and payments apply, and what the exposure looks like. Then we run the exit end to end — notice, final settlement, government dues, leaving letter and tax certificate.
I do not have a candidate yet. Can you find one?
Yes. Recruitment is our core business — we have placed candidates across manufacturing, retail, financial services and quick-service restaurants. Sourcing is quoted separately per role, and anyone we find can onboard straight onto any of the plans above.
Is my employees' data safe with you?
We hold ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for information security, and we have written data agreements with every system and partner that touches your people's information. Documentation is available under NDA.
